THE CORE MISSION

A dedicated environmental research configuration studying a critical playa lake ecosystem boxed in by a regional wind infrastructure corridor. Utilizing a solar-powered LoRaWAN telemetry network across 480 acres, the system monitors hydrological recovery, microclimatic shifts, and wildlife restoration driven by a senior, pre-1959 water right allocation of 400 acre-feet per year.

An expanding, solar-powered LoRaWAN and cellular network engineered to rapidly integrate new industrial sensors over time.

Each node runs on-device inference at the edge, enabling real-time anomaly detection with no cloud dependency. The architecture is sensor-agnostic and designed to onboard new data streams as the system scope evolves.
